What products does Rettmark Firearms currently sell?

Rettmark Firearms currently offers Hunters HD Gold and Condition1 products.

Where do you ship?

Rettmark Firearms currently ships to the lower 48 states by default. Hunters HD Gold products are fulfilled separately by Hunters HD Gold and may be available for international shipping under Hunters HD Gold’s own shipping process.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Most Rettmark Firearms orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Hunters HD Gold products are fulfilled separately and follow Hunters HD Gold’s shipping process.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

No. Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be canceled before they ship by contacting orders@rettmarkfirearms.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under the applicable return policy.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If there is an address issue, Rettmark Firearms will attempt to contact you. If no response is received within 5 business days, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Do you offer backorders?

Yes. Some items may be marked as backordered and may require payment at checkout. If Rettmark Firearms is unable to place the supplier order within 10 business days of purchase, that item will be canceled and fully refunded.

Can my order arrive in multiple shipments?

Yes. Orders may ship separately when items come from different fulfillment sources, have different availability, or require separate handling. Orders containing Hunters HD Gold and other products may arrive in separate shipments and on different timelines.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

Orders over $500 may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

Unless otherwise stated, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • in original condition

Items showing use, wear, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging may be refused.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • the item arrived defective
  • the item arrived damaged
  • Rettmark Firearms shipped the wrong item

Are original shipping charges refundable?

Not always. Rettmark Firearms reserves the right not to refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to Rettmark Firearms’ error.

When is my refund issued?

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Do you offer exchanges?

Not as a direct exchange process. Approved exchanges are handled as:

  1. return of the original item
  2. new order for the replacement item

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. Rettmark Firearms does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns received back unused and in original packaging.

What items are final sale?

The following items are final sale unless required otherwise by law:

  • special-order items
  • custom items
  • clearance items
  • final-sale items

How do I report a damaged shipment, wrong item, or missing item?

You must contact orders@rettmarkfirearms.com within 5 calendar days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the shipping label
  • a short description of the issue

Can discount codes be combined?

No. Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise, only one code may be used per order.

Do promotions apply to past orders?

No. Discounts and promotions do not apply retroactively to prior purchases.
