Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Effective April 2, 2026. This page is the detailed reference for delivery, split shipments, returns, and refunds. Order acceptance, payment, promotions, and privacy are covered in our Terms of Sale, Discount and Promotion Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Summary: Checkout shows flat-rate shipping (not live carrier quotes). Most in-stock orders ship within about 3–5 business days; times are estimates and carrier delays are outside our control. Hunters HD Gold items ship separately per that brand’s process. We may split shipments. You may return eligible new, unused items within 30 days as described below.

1. Shipping — domestic (United States)

Shipping amounts shown at checkout are flat-rate estimates based on your cart composition and delivery address country, calculated according to rules published in our checkout flow. They are not real-time carrier quotes. We ship to addresses where law and carrier rules allow.

You will receive confirmation or tracking information by email when the carrier provides it.

2. Shipping Time

Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside Rettmark Firearms’ control.

3. Hunters HD Gold Shipping

Hunters HD Gold products are fulfilled separately and follow Hunters HD Gold’s shipping process. According to Hunters HD Gold, these orders ship using USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking once shipped. Domestic delivery generally takes 1 to 4 days after shipment, depending on destination. Hunters HD Gold also states that international shipping is available, and overseas delivery may take approximately 3 to 4 weeks after shipment.

Because Hunters HD Gold products are fulfilled separately, shipping timelines for those products may differ from standard Rettmark Firearms fulfillment timelines.

4. Split Shipments

Rettmark Firearms reserves the right to split shipments at its discretion, including when items ship from different sources, have different availability, or when operational needs require separate fulfillment.

Orders containing both Hunters HD Gold and non-Hunters products may arrive in separate shipments and on different timelines.

5. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, rates and delivery times may differ. You are responsible for duties, taxes, and import requirements in the destination country. We may cancel orders we cannot legally or practically ship.

6. Risk of loss

Risk of loss for physical goods generally passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

7. Returns — eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return of new, unused merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of delivery, unless the product is non-returnable (for example, items marked final sale, or items that cannot be resold for health/safety reasons once opened—see product documentation).

To start a return, contact us at info@rettmarkfirearms.com with your order identifier and reason. Do not return merchandise without authorization; unauthorized returns may be refused.

8. Return condition

Returned items must be in sellable condition, with all included parts, inserts, and documentation. We may reduce or deny a refund if the item is damaged, altered, missing components, or shows wear beyond opening for inspection.

9. Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on your card issuer. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product we confirm.

Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise or the error was ours.

10. Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, contact us promptly with photos and your order details. We will work with you on repair, replacement, or return as appropriate under manufacturer policy and applicable law.

11. Cancellations before shipment

If you request cancellation before the order ships and we can still stop fulfillment, we will cancel and refund the payment. If the order has already shipped, our standard return process applies.

12. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks may delay resolution and can affect future order acceptance.
