1. General
Promotional codes and discounts are offered at our discretion. Unless we state otherwise in writing, only one promotional code may be applied per order, and codes may not be combined with other offers.
Code entry is generally not case-sensitive. Typing errors, extra spaces, or codes that do not match our active rules will not apply.
2. How codes are validated
Codes entered at checkout are validated by our server against current promotion rules. The server checks the code together with your cart contents, subtotal, shipping selection, and other configured limits. The discount or benefit shown at checkout (including shipping-related credits, if any) must match what the server authorizes; otherwise payment may be declined.
If you change your cart after a code was accepted, you may need to re-validate or re-enter the code so the order total stays authorized.
3. Types of promotions
Depending on the offer, a code may reduce merchandise (for example, a percentage or fixed amount off eligible line items), shipping (for example, a percentage or fixed amount off quoted shipping), or both where our rules allow stacking of a shipping benefit with a merchandise benefit for the same code. What each code does is determined by the rules we configure for that code and what checkout displays.
4. Eligible products
Some promotions apply only to specific merchandise categories. In particular, certain catalog-priced product lines (including Hunters HD Gold frames as identified in our systems) may be excluded from merchandise percentage or fixed-amount discounts while still counting toward cart subtotal and shipping calculations. Shipping-only promotions, when offered, apply to quoted shipping as described at checkout.
5. Expiration and usage limits
Codes may include an expiration date and/or a maximum number of successful redemptions across all customers. Expired or exhausted codes will not apply. We may retire or modify promotions without prior notice; continued use of a retired code after change is not guaranteed.
6. Minimums, surcharges, and fees
Some codes require a minimum merchandise subtotal or other conditions shown at checkout. Payment processor or other fees may still apply to the transaction; promotional discounts do not necessarily reduce those third-party fees unless we state otherwise.
7. Errors and abuse
We may refuse or reverse a promotion if we believe there is a system error, fraud, resale abuse, or violation of these terms. We may correct typographical errors in promotional descriptions or values.
8. No cash value
Promotional discounts have no cash value, are not transferable unless we say otherwise, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version on the site when you complete checkout applies to that purchase.
